Task commissioned by the President of the Lukasiewicz Center   <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Title: &#8220;Modification of the technology of production of cathocene &#8211; a catalyst of combustion rate in rocket fuels &#8211; INNOKAT&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Total project value: <\/strong>PLN 2,903,681.45 <br><strong>Grant value: <\/strong> PLN 2,613,313.29 <br><strong>Date of signing the grant agreement: <\/strong>23.12.2025.<\/p><p>The project aims to develop an innovative technology for the synthesis of cathocene by the one-pot method, eliminating the release of acetylferrocene as an intermediate product. The main objectives include increasing the efficiency of the production process while reducing costs and waste, which is an important part of a closed-loop economy. The outcome of the project will be the development of a finished process for the synthesis of cathocene. The results of the project will be of key importance to entities in the armaments and chemical sectors, especially to rocket fuel manufacturers.
