At the last meeting of the Space Launch Systems Team of the KBKiS PAN, representatives of Łukasiewicz – IPO, Katarzyna Gańczyk-Specjalska and Rafał Bogusz, actively participated in discussions about the future of Polish suborbital rockets.
The development of launch technology is a key step in building Poland’s independence in access to space. During the meeting, the latest progress in this field was presented and challenges and opportunities for further development were discussed. It was also an opportunity to honor the memory of Professor Piotr Wolański, an outstanding scientist and expert in the field of space technologies.
Initiatives such as this show that Polish science and industry have enormous potential in the space sector.
