General information

  • This Privacy Policy governs the use of the ipo.lukasiewicz.gov.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), including the rules of storing and accessing data on the Website users’ terminal equipment.
  • The administrator of the Website and the administrator of the personal data processed through the Website is the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Organic Industry with its registered office in Warsaw (02-236 Warsaw), 6 Annopol Street (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”). Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found on the Personal Data page.
  • The Administrator of the personal data collected via the forms in the “Career” tab – Combine education with a job at Łukasiewicz is.

  • The service collects data about users. Part of the data is collected automatically and anonymously, and part of the data is personal data provided voluntarily by users through the form placed on the Website.

COOKIE POLICY

1. The Administrator, through the Service, uses cookies (text data stored on the Service user’s terminal equipment) to collect information on the use of the Service by users.

2. The following cookies (essential) are used within the Service:

a) Internal cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the Service’s data communications system,

b) External cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the ICT systems of external services, as specified in Section 3 below. The scripts of external services that can place cookies on the user’s device have been deliberately placed on the Site by scripts and services made available and installed on the Site.

c) Session Cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the Service during a single session of a given device. When the session ends, the files are deleted from the user’s device,

d) Persistent cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the Service until they are manually deleted. The files are not deleted automatically after the end of the device session, unless the configuration of the user’s device is set to “delete cookies after the end of the device session”.

3. The Service may contain tools or content directing users to external sites providing multimedia, social or other services. 4. The services provided by these sites are beyond the control of the Administrator. The providers of these services have their own terms and conditions and their own privacy policies. The Administrator makes all possible efforts to verify and select partners of the Service in the context of user security. The Administrator selects well-known, large partners with global public trust for cooperation. However, it does not have full control over the content of cookies from external partners. The Administrator is responsible for the security of cookies, their content and their use in accordance with the license by the Scripts installed in the Service, coming from external services.

The purpose of the use of cookies by the Website is to improve and facilitate access to the Website, to keep statistics related to the number of users, the number of visits to the Website, the types of devices connecting to the Website. The purposes of the use of external cookies are indicated in the relevant privacy policies of external services.

The mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between cookies stored on the user’s device and the Service are implemented through built-in mechanisms of web browsers and do not allow the collection of other data from the user’s device or data of other websites visited by the user, including personal data or confidential information. It is also virtually impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the user’s device.

7. The internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for users’ devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that may threaten the security of personal data or the security of the device used by the user.

8. The Administrator uses all possible technical measures to ensure the security of data placed in cookies. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the activities of the user. The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of this data, impersonation of the User’s session or its deletion, as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware with which the User’s Device may be or has been infected. Users, in order to protect themselves from these threats, should follow good practices for safe use of the network (up-to-date operating system, up-to-date antivirus program, use of secured and trusted WI-FI, etc.).
