Łukasiewicz – Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry conducts research for the chemical, pharmaceutical, defence and mining industries. It develops manufacturing technologies for biologically active substances used in plant protection products, biocides, and veterinary medicinal products. It develops technologies for the manufacture of products containing explosives and carries out complex work in environmental and process safety. The Institute, throughout its more than 70 years of activity works closely with scientific institutions as well as industrial and economic entities, both domestic and international. All of this is done in line with its mission, which focuses on creating competitive and innovative solutions in the fields of chemistry, chemical technology, chemical safety, toxicology, defence, and national security.
