The REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of CHemicals) Regulation [Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006] is now the most important legal act regulating introduction of chemical products on the market in the European Community. This system assumes the registration of all substances on their own, in mixtures and articles which have been placed on the market in quantities of 1 tone or more per year.
We offer full service of companies obligations that arise from Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 (REACH) and Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) such as:
- conducting registration procedures (late pre-registration and full registration),
- determination and notifying of classification and labelling of chemical substances,
- determination of tests required for registration,
- REACH-IT platform and SIEF support.
Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry is the only scientific center in the country carrying out comprehensive toxicological, ecotoxicological and physicochemical (including analytical) studies with Good Laboratory Practice, for the purpose of registration.
