The herbicidal, insecticidal and fungicidal activities of the synthesized compounds are investigated.

The main research fields are:
- The study of biological activity of new chemical compounds (screening test), and the effectiveness of active ingredients plant protection products and biocides including the following activity: herbicidal, fungicidal, insecticidal, acaricidal, bactericidal, plant growth regulation, phytotoxicity,

- efficacy of contact insecticides (space spray, contact spray, insects powders, aerosols);
efficacy of products to be vaporized or fogged, used as space treatment (fumigation products, aerosols, plates);
efficacy of bait products;
evaluation of larvicidal activity;
determination of lethal dose (LD50) and lethal concentration (LC50) of active substances;
efficacy of sticky traps.

Bioindicators of own breeding:
Flying: Housefly (Musca domestica),
Flour moth (Anagusta kuehniella),
Running: German cockroach (Blatella germanica)
Oriental cockroach (Blatta orientalis).
